I am only in second year, and I use CAE to pay my studies, being honest,
I do not think I have another option. In the future, when I finish my undergraduate, I will be indebted to
the feet, so, being realistic, I do not think I can pay for a postgraduate without indebting me
twice.
But if I got the option to take a course, I would like to take a
patrimony postgraduate, this area has been left aside by the Chilean
architecture, we need professionals who defend the culture through the protection of
buildings, and specially of neighborhoods. I think, the first step to do that is go into each
neighborhood, talk with the people who inhabit it and know its historical
context.
In this postgraduate I would like to study the conservation and
restauration of patrimony and specially how we can identify patrimony.
I think I would like to study in another country, because Chile is not specialized
in this area, for this I would like to be there, see the interventions
in person to understand them.
I am only a second-year student, so I have another options, for example
also I would like to study something related to urbanism. I am not sure about
do a postgraduate, but I want work to the people and they culture.
